Shipping policy

Overview

Lifted Lemonade ships all orders within the contiguous United States only. We do not currently ship internationally. All shipments are processed and fulfilled from our facility in New Mexico.

Order Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. Orders are not processed on weekends or federal holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been handed off to the carrier.

Carrier

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). We do not currently offer expedited or overnight shipping.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on your first order. Shipping rates for subsequent orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery

Once shipped, estimated delivery times vary by destination. Shipping dates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Lifted Lemonade is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Adult Signature Required

Due to the nature of our hemp-derived THC products, an adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery where required by applicable law. Please ensure someone 21 or older is available to receive the package. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will follow their standard redelivery or hold procedures.

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon our delivery of the order to USPS. Lifted Lemonade is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been accepted by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact USPS directly.

Geographic Restrictions

We only ship to addresses within the United States. Additionally, certain products cannot be shipped to specific states due to varying state laws and regulations regarding hemp-derived THC. Where applicable, checkout will be restricted or orders may be canceled if they cannot be lawfully fulfilled. These restrictions are subject to change as laws evolve.

THC-A Products: Not available for shipment to: Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont.

Delta-8 Products: Not available for shipment to: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia.

Delta-9 Products: All products comply with the 2018 Farm Bill (≤0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight). Zero Delta-9 content is required in Idaho, New Hampshire, and South Dakota — products containing any Delta-9 cannot be shipped to those states.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before a shipping label has been created. Once a label has been generated, your order can no longer be canceled. If we are unable to fulfill or legally ship your order, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
