Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the consumable and perishable nature of our hemp-derived THC beverage products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, including change of mind, flavor preference, or unused product.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of every bottle we ship. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

 

To submit a claim, email us at support@liftedlemonade.com with the following:

      Your order number

      A description of the issue

      Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

 

Once your claim is reviewed and verified, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. We are unable to process claims submitted more than 7 days after the delivery date.

 

Items Not Eligible for Replacement or Refund

The following items are not eligible for a replacement or refund regardless of the circumstances:

      Products that have been opened or consumed

      Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or handling after delivery

      Claims submitted more than 7 days after the delivery date

      Orders where delivery was confirmed by USPS tracking

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Lifted Lemonade is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being accepted by USPS. If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS directly to file a claim. We recommend reviewing your delivery area and checking with neighbors before reaching out.

 

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before a shipping label has been created. Once a label is generated, the order cannot be canceled. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

 

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
